Important notice for Home Patient Customers – COVID-19

Dear Home Patient Customer,
We understand that the COVID-19 outbreak is challenging patients, communities, relief organizations and healthcare systems across the U.S. We are taking proactive measures to protect employee safety, provide aid to healthcare providers and those
affected by the epidemic, and to maintain supply of our life-saving and life-sustaining products.
The current situation is particularly challenging for patients with travel scheduled both in the United States and abroad. We regret to inform you that Baxter is suspending the Global Destinations Travel Club for patients using Peritoneal Dialysis until further notice.
Baxter will continue to support any patient that has already begun traveling.
Unfortunately, all pending travel requests made up until this point should be considered cancelled. No new requests will be taken at this time.
We will inform you as soon as we are able to resume our Global Destinations Travel Club service under more favorable conditions.
Baxter remains focused on helping ensure you have continued and safe access to the products and therapies you need. Providing industry-leading products, consistent therapy and transparent communications is our top priority.
